ABOUT PROJECT
INDEXO is a modern financial company in Latvia focused on transparent investing, pension management, and digital banking.
The bank officially launched 28 August 2024, and I joined the team less than a month later as a UI/UX designer. Over the year, I worked on both the app and website, improving key user flows. During this time, I helped support the early growth of the bank and gained strong experience in designing clear, user-friendly financial products.
LOAN PRODUCTS
When I started working with Indexo, the company offered only one product — a consumer loan. As the business grew, new loan types were introduced. First came mortgage refinancing, followed by home equity.
Since there was only one loan type at the time, the entire Loans section was designed around consumer loans and displayed only that product. With the introduction of new loan types, the section needed to be rethought to support and clearly present multiple loans in one place. Let's also not forget about client comfort and make the application for the loan as simple and fast as possible.
SOLUTION
We restructured the Loans section to clearly present all three loan types side by side, letting users compare and choose the right product without confusion.
RETIREMENT PLANNING
INDEXO manages pension funds for thousands of Latvian users. The retirement planning tool helps users understand their projected pension and take action to improve it.
I worked on designing the planning flow that lets users set a retirement age, see projections, and decide whether to make voluntary contributions.
